Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine February 18, 2017 - Due to the fact that my situation is not properly available on this site as a choice to select above I have been violated by Credit Management Control. Credit Management Control does n't have the rights to collect debt in the State of Texas? They are not abiding by the Law accordingly to the State of Texas and they should remove themselves from my credit report by sending a letter stating to the Credit Reporting Agencies that they need to be removed. Credit Management Control, Inc. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not disclosed as an attempt to collect January 17, 2017 - I had no idea I had an outstanding debt with -. I did not once receive a call or email in regards to this debt. I believe this is a debt collector from -, in which they ( - ) has always kept my up-to-date contact information. She stated that there was NOTHING she could do to assist the problem ; she ca n't even provide a contract with my signature on it. I proceeded to call " - - '' directly and spoke with a Customer Service Rep. named -. She stated that she also could not help me because there is no signature on a contract. She stated that someone called in and set up service over the phone. I reminded her that she had just informed me that ALL calls are recorded. I demanded a copy of the recorded phone call ... |

When I checked into the hospital I provided my VA information and VA card. When I checked out 8 days later I again provided my VA card and information. All bills were to be submitted to the VA within 90 days of discharge. - - - failed to do so and instead waited until late - to submit the bill to the VA. As the VA Voucher was closed after 90 days the VA rejected the bill and informed me that, due to - failure to exercise due diligence in their billing practice neither the VA nor I were liable for the bill.
