I heard from - at " Credit Management Control '' this morning about a " - - '' account. She stated that there was NOTHING she could do to assist the problem ; she ca n't even provide a contract with my signature on it. I proceeded to call " - - '' directly and spoke with a Customer Service Rep. named -. She stated that she also could not help me because there is no signature on a contract. She stated that someone called in and set up service over the phone. I reminded her that she had just informed me that ALL calls are recorded. I demanded a copy of the recorded phone call were someone called in and said they were me. She said she could not provide this. How is it " - '' wants me to prove that I did n't make the call but " - '' WO N'T prove that I did? I am filing a police report for identity theft TODAY, Monday, - -, 2016. - said she would follow up with a call to me on Wednesday, - -, 2016. If I do not hear from her by -, I am turning this whole matter over to an attorney and filing for damages and time lost from work. This has gone on for far too long and it is a complete violation of my rights.
