Review and analysis of over 74 International Money Transfer complaints against JPMorgan Chase
JPMorgan Chase consumers have reported over 74 official complaints related to International money transfer. Out of the 74 consumer complaints against JPMorgan Chase, 30% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how JPMorgan Chase responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 19% of consumer complaints against JPMorgan Chase resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 1% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

After I set up the payment, my on-line account access was blocked and I was told to call a Chase customer number.
