They have called me repeatedly and spoken to me in a combative and threatening manner and made numerous threats. I have multiple times provided them my correct address and requested a written description of my debt per my legal rights. I have received nothing from them. ( North American Recovery ). I had no idea who this company was or the money stated I owe. I filed A dispute with - and - for validation. I also sent A Certified letter directly to N.A.R. requesting validation/verification of debt. In return N.A.R. sent me a statement from their own company not from the original creditor. I have no knowledge of any account with - - - ( original creditor ). - and - returned with their investigation stating these account have been validated... |
