Medical Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt Colorado

Hello, Upon review of my credit file with - and - I noticed - collection accounts from N.A.R. ( North American Recovery ). I had no idea who this company was or the money stated I owe. I filed A dispute with - and - for validation. I also sent A Certified letter directly to N.A.R. requesting validation/verification of debt. In return N.A.R. sent me a statement from their own company not from the original creditor. I have no knowledge of any account with - - - ( original creditor ). - and - returned with their investigation stating these account have been validated and the accounts belong to me? Again I sent another Certified letter with my full communication of this matter requesting proof of this account from the original creditor and/or where this account supposedly came from, It was returned to me unopened stating " return to sender '', " unable to forward ''. I verified the address on the envelope with N.A.R. 's listed address and it is correct. I am unable to proceed with this investigation and - and - are refusing A re investigation stating account has been previously investigated and verified.
