North American Recovery has been harassing me and has failed to provide information necessary to determine if an alleged debt is valid. They have called me repeatedly and spoken to me in a combative and threatening manner and made numerous threats. I have multiple times provided them my correct address and requested a written description of my debt per my legal rights. I have received nothing from them. I recently discovered a negative entry on my credit report attributable to them that arbitrarily exceeds the amount they previously claimed I owe.
