Medical Taking/threatening an illegal action Sued w/o proper notification of suit Utah

I received a letter in the mail today from a bankruptcy office stating that a company named NAR INC. was awarded a judgment against me on -/-/2015. This is the first Ive heard of it. Previously, I had tried to work out a payment plan with NAR, INC ( North American Recovery ), but they would not accept anything lower than $50.00 per month. I failed to pay them the - payment due to the fact I could n't afford this payment, now 1 month later they were awarded a judgement? They would not accept the $25.00 a month payment I offered them. Then I never heard from them again. Now I 'm getting a notice from a bankruptcy lawyer wanting my business. I had no idea there was a court date, or if there was even a court date. I would have liked the opportunity to tell a court how much I could afford to pay them. I just checked my credit report, and sure enough there is a judgement against me.
