I do not believe I owe any of the medical debt in my credit file and there have been no attempts to verify ANY information about these debts with me in any form of communication. I have always paid my co-payments at the time of any medical treatment and bills sent to me by medical professionals were paid personally or by my health insurance company. I was never a patient at - - - in -/-/-, and requested they produce evidence, i.e. any document with my signature or any medical records with my name. I disputed this with the credit bureaus. Result was that the ACS refused to produce any evidence of my debt, re-aged the debt to the date that I protested it, refused to remove it from my credit report, and have not bothered to report again in over six years.
