Medical Improper contact or sharing of info Talked to a third party about my debt Alabama

Every debt collection agency that has reported me as owing a medical debt on my credit report has been disputed with the reporting agency. I do not believe I owe any of the medical debt in my credit file and there have been no attempts to verify ANY information about these debts with me in any form of communication. I have always paid my co-payments at the time of any medical treatment and bills sent to me by medical professionals were paid personally or by my health insurance company. I believe that every agency reporting medical debt on my credit file does not take my disputes seriously and reports negative remarks " debt valid, consumer disagrees '' instead of proving I actually owe the debt. To even attempt to access my medical records is a violation of my rights under HIPPA laws because the debt collector is a 3rd party to the original creditor, not privy to my medical records because they are not doctors and do not have my permission to view my medical files which may reveal my medical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis and without that verification they ca n't determine if I even owe this debt. They


or they need to remove the debt from my credit file and cease to ever attempt to hold it against me. They are in violation of my rights under HIPPA laws and are reporting debt they can not verify. They make no attempts to contact me after several disputes have been filed on my behalf. Every single medical collector in my credit file has done this and almost all of them are beyond the statute of limitations but keep updating as if a payment was made to them! Ive never paid the debt collection agency bc they can not verify the debt. Please make them remove the debt from my credit file and give it back to the original creditor so my rights under HIPPA laws are not violated.
