In -/-/- I notified Amsher Collection Services ( ACS ) that their collection was not valid. I was never a patient at - - - in -/-/-, and requested they produce evidence, i.e. any document with my signature or any medical records with my name. I disputed this with the credit bureaus. Result was that the ACS refused to produce any evidence of my debt, re-aged the debt to the date that I protested it, refused to remove it from my credit report, and have not bothered to report again in over six years. It is now passed the statutory limit for collection and I want it completely removed from my credit report.
