Last year I discovered that my credit report was stating that my payments were late every month for over a year. I contact Popular Bank and they were missing 2 payments. I 've requested they send those payments back to me, but I was told they have no record of the payments. I faxed them proof of the checks being cashed by my bank, and they said their research department never received them. I asked if I could email them the copies, and they said no.
