The young lady I spoke with - who became very rude and defensive in tone as I ask questions about the payoff that they said had to be forwarded since the address in the payoff letter that was sent to us, had the wrong address on it. having us send it to - - -, OH instead of a - - address. I know that these conversations are recorded and that you can review them. I generally do not write these type letters but this young lady upset me very much.... |
Synchrony Financial Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease April 27, 2016 - I purchased a motorcycle back -/-/2015, which was financed through Synchrony Bank. When closing the sale the representative helping us at the dealership told us the payments would be automated and asked for our credit card information. The first payment was supposed to go through in -/-/-, but it never did so I called Synchrony Bank in -/-/- to see what was going on and what I needed to do to have them charge the payment to my card. Synchrony Financial Consumer Loan problems when you are unable to pay March 8, 2016 - -/-/- a family member of mine bought a vehicle using Synchrony Bank Financial for financing. I was placed as an authorized user on this credit account. -/-/- the account was closed and my family member continued payments until -/-/- at which time the account went delinquent. This was then placed on MY credit as a past due account. I have made multiple attempts to call Synchrony Bank and no one can pull up anything under my information.
