I had called to check status of a vehicle loan payoff, to the - - - number. The young lady I spoke with - who became very rude and defensive in tone as I ask questions about the payoff that they said had to be forwarded since the address in the payoff letter that was sent to us, had the wrong address on it. having us send it to - - -, OH instead of a - - address. I know that these conversations are recorded and that you can review them. I generally do not write these type letters but this young lady upset me very much.
