Zions Bancorporation Mortgage application, originator, mortgage broker November 19, 2016 - Vectra Bank did not get the loan closing document completed in time for the scheduled closing and we were notified 3 days before closing. Have scheduled time off from work, moving truck arriving, purchased furniture arriving, housing lease ending - no place to live. Applied for the loan over a year ago while house being build. We provided all the paper work and documents on time. There appears to be no penalty if the mortgage company fails to complete their work for an agreed upon closing time, resulting in economic losses for the consumer.... |
Zions Bancorporation Mortgage settlement process and costs May 23, 2016 - I had just sold my house and was set to close on - -, 2016, however Vectra Bank of Colorado had not released the lien on my house which was supposed to be released 13 years ago when the note was paid off and the mortgage was obtained by - -. It took us, the Title Company out of -, Colorado and mostly myself to call the bank fill out all the paperwork and talk to them daily if not 2-3 xs a day to get the lien released so the sale could go through. Zions Bancorporation Mortgage loan servicing, payments, escrow account January 8, 2016 - I refinanced my home with California Bank & Trust, they sold the loan without notifying me, and I made my checks out to them for two months after the refinance ( I have copies of the cashed checks ) but they did not forward funds to the new lender. Inside of 60 days I was turned over to collections by the new lender, and after numerous calls to California Bank and Trust, with no results, I am now in default of my loan. The facts indicate they are not evaluating my request for all possible foreclosure prevention programs, esp. HAMP for which I qualify.
