Round Point Mortgage Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount June 8, 2016 - We are a restoration repair company, we performed repairs on a residential home due to water damage. The insurance company issued us a check with the homeowners name on the check and their mortgage company. We sent the check to the mortgage company, for their endorsement, so they could send back to us so we could deposit in our bank. Then the mortgage company kept the check because the homeowner 's had not made a mortgage payment in a year and a half.
