I had - 2 years ago. I took a small break from their services and then I re-established service. I have maintained my account current at all times. When I took a break from having - services I was not notified that I had a remaining balance due. When I reconnected services, I was never notified that I had an outstanding balance. They said they can not remove the account even though i verified payment because they said only comcast can do that. I faxed verification of payment to both of them but no one takes action. - opened a trouble ticket but does not have a phone number to discuss concerns if you are disputing a collection so I have no way to discuss resolution of this with even though I faxed in proof of payment it is still sitting on my reports with the bureaus. ... |
