September 25, 2015 - I was not made aware of this debt/bill by the medical provider or the collection agency it was assigned to. I discovered this $25.00 debt in collections when I checked my credit report. I have - coverage through my medical insurance companies, as does my wife. My wife was also found to have - outstanding bills that were found on her credit report that had gone to collections as well.
