November 24, 2015 - An unidentified law firm representing GE Money Bank called from a blocked number stating their processor has failed at delivering documents pertaining to a civil suit case that is being handled by said firm. The person with whom I spoke said her name was - but did not give any information about the firm she was calling for or give me any contact information. She threatened that her firm was going to follow through with a civil suit to obtain a default judgment. October 24, 2015 - A company from phone number - called my place of work twice and is harassing my employers threatening to serve me papers at my place of work. They have not contacted me personally by mail or by my personal number. My boss has threatened to fire me over this. I do not know how they got my number at work. They say I owe them from a credit card I had in 2007 that was stolen from me. It was an attempted car jacking and my wallet was stolen along with my keys and all my credit cards.
