Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action threatened to sue on too old debt
Synchrony Bank Debt collection department,
Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened to sue on too old debt Texas
A company from phone number - called my place of work twice and is harassing my employers threatening to serve me papers at my place of work. They have not contacted me personally by mail or by my personal number. My boss has threatened to fire me over this. I do not know how they got my number at work. They say I owe them from a credit card I had in 2007 that was stolen from me. It was an attempted car jacking and my wallet was stolen along with my keys and all my credit cards. I do not appreciate being threatened at my place of employment and having my employers threaten my job over this. They lied about being a law firm as well.
