discoverstudentloans.com alleged that I had a sixty day late on a loan on which I am a co-signer. Unfortunately, I was probably that late but not due to any delinquency on my part but due to their not contacting me to let me know I was late. I am trying to have this blemish expunged because it was their fault. They have been unresponsive and have failed to provide documentation about this matter. When they got a hold of me I paid and was current with the loan until my son went back to school. My contact with them to resolve this was riddled with misinformation, wrong addresses, wrong social security numbers, and the list goes on.
