I applied for a in school deferment a couple of months ago. I called to check the status of the difirment because it was time for a payment and I have automatic draft. The rep. Stated the difirment was on the account and all the information was in that was needed. She told me that she would cancel any future automatic drafts this was in -. On - - another payment was taken out. That Friday I called and spoke with another rep who said she wold cancel the automatic draft and have someone call me back to refund my money and that someone from that department would call me Monday or Tuesday. Today by - I did not receive any calls so I called once again because I was not able to make payments on another bill because this money had been taken out. The rep today explained the automatic payment was not canceled again and tha the difirment has not been accepted. I was very upset and needed to calm down and did not want to take it out on the rep on the phone. She gave me a number to call a supervisor.
