I paid my car loan off on -/-/2015, Kia Finance stated they would send me the title on -. Instead, they sent it to my - - - mother in CA ( we are - on the loan to get lower interest. ) They refused to send it with tracking, and it is missing. They have refused to replace the title that is lost, leaving me no way to sell the car. They said they would send me a lien release, but offer no solution when that gets lost, and they refuse to track the document.
