Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Trouble with how payments are handled Pennsylvania

Discover student loans apparently bought my loans. They have jacked up my interest rates to an unspeakable amount and made my monthly minimum payment unbearable. They are not willing to work with me on lowering the minimum payment and will not allow me to defer. I am a single mother of -, i have been paying since - and did not when graduate until -. They call my cosigner sometimes up to four times a day before even saying to contact me. They speak to third parties about my private loan information and recently automatically withdrew a payment from a third parties account with out my consent. They are absolutely a fraudulent company judging by their history of being probed for student loan happiness and jacking interest rates and minimum payments up. I can no longer afford to make their minimum payment and they are unwilling to work with me. They are shredding my credit score and have me on the verge of bankruptcy.i need help!!
