November 1, 2016 - Company claims i owe money for returning new phones within the allowed return time. I returned them the day after i received them and let the company know i was returning them. I was told there would not be any charges or fees for returning them within the proper return time. The limit was within 14 days. I was within that time because i returned them the next day. I talked to a number of people and told me everything was ok. Later i get a bill for -. I would definitely pay it but i feel the company is not holding up to their return policy. I did not have time to verify the debt but paid it given based on the offer to reduce the debt with - payments of $64.00 ( $320.00 total ). I paid $65.00 x - times and $63.00 for the last payment ( totaled $320.00 ). July 15, 2015 - Trying to collect debt from 2006 on an expired bank account in another city. This account originally had been closed by ME, and the bank failed to issue me the last remaining few cents in the account. An automatic payment came through the bank ( that I had cancelled but still tried to come through ), and they PUT IT THROUGH, though the account was closed! It was a small amount, maybe $25.00.
