Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount November 1, 2016 - Company claims i owe money for returning new phones within the allowed return time. I returned them the day after i received them and let the company know i was returning them. I was told there would not be any charges or fees for returning them within the proper return time. The limit was within 14 days. I was within that time because i returned them the next day. I talked to a number of people and told me everything was ok. Later i get a bill for -. I would definitely pay it but i feel the company is not holding up to their return policy. I am very disappointed with them.... |

This account originally had been closed by ME, and the bank failed to issue me the last remaining few cents in the account.
