Other (i.e. phone, health club, etc.) False statements or representation Attempted to collect wrong amount Ohio

After reviewing my credit report ( s ), I was surprised that - was reporting an alleged debt with -, which I had previously disputed with First National Collection Bureau ( " FNCB '' ) in - -. Attached you will find the telephone log that highlights two telephone calls made to FNCB, at -, on - -, -. During those calls, I disputed the alleged debt with - ; however, in the second call, at -, I specifically requested verification of the debt. After the person with whom I spoke became abusive and began to badger me about the reason for my request, it became evident that such information did not exist. I was told that the account would be closed and I would no longer receive further communications. To this date, I have not received any further communications and wrongly assumed that this debt had been removed from my credit report ( s ). I have attached a screenshot of my - - account, which supports my assertions regarding First National Collection Bureau.
