Continental Finance Company, LLC Credit card transaction issue November 9, 2016 - I paid off - of my credit cards. I also cancelled the same card. At least a month later I received a call from that credit card telling me I did n't make a payment. I told that person I paid it off and cancelled it. I was transferred to several different people. I was shocked at the way these people had no idea what was going on. I was told that there was a purchase made after I paid the card off. I informed them it was n't me and the charge was made in another state. Each person I spoke to told me something different. Continental Finance Company, LLC Credit card transaction issue October 5, 2016 - Ive attempted to use my credit card ending in - with Continental Finance, however, charges are declined recently and in the past when there is more then enough available credit. This is a fairly new card, I suspect the rep ( s ) I spoke to activate did not in fact activate the card. Its also possible they will not activate card due to a payment being due, I had a previous experience in attempting to order a new card, reps would not order due to a payment being due. I need card activated and or ab ability to make purchases... |
Continental Finance Company, LLC Credit card transaction issue July 10, 2015 - i made my monthly payment ( $60.00 ) to continental finance for my matrix credit card bill. the company claims the that they never deposited the check and it was returned. they also charged me a $25.00 returned check fee. this is all a lie because i have the copy of the check from my friends bank which shows continental finance deposited and endorsed the check. so they basically took my money, lied and said they never received it, and now charging me a returned check fee. they are also telling me that it will take up to 90 days to resolve the issue and i have to repay the $60.00 + return... |
