Continental Finance Company, LLC Credit card department,
I paid off - of my credit cards. I also cancelled the same card. At least a month later I received a call from that credit card telling me I did n't make a payment. I told that person I paid it off and cancelled it. I was transferred to several different people. I was shocked at the way these people had no idea what was going on. I was told that there was a purchase made after I paid the card off. I informed them it was n't me and the charge was made in another state. Each person I spoke to told me something different. They did not resolve this problem and I am still receiving calls from this company. It is also showing on my credit report that I am over my limit. I am totally disgusted with this company.
