Continental Finance Company, LLC Credit card department,

Transaction issue Connecticut

Ive attempted to use my credit card ending in - with Continental Finance, however, charges are declined recently and in the past when there is more then enough available credit. This is a fairly new card, I suspect the rep ( s ) I spoke to activate did not in fact activate the card. Its also possible they will not activate card due to a payment being due, I had a previous experience in attempting to order a new card, reps would not order due to a payment being due. I need card activated and or ab ability to make purchases
