PNC Bank consumers have reported over 15 official complaints related to Transaction issue. Out of the 15 consumer complaints against PNC Bank, 20% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how PNC Bank responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 20% of consumer complaints against PNC Bank resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 7% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

PNC Bank Credit card transaction issue December 16, 2015 - I paid a company named - $5000.00 on my PNC card for services i did not receive.i was repeatedly promised that they would provide me with a website which would be profitable.i trusted them only to be left empty handed.my payments and signatures were obtained under false pretenses.they were using deceptive marketing practices which are unlawful and warrant a full refund. PNC Bank Credit card transaction issue September 6, 2015 - On -/-/2015 a transaction conducted at the - in - was swipe for - services as $ --USD instead of -. The Resort as admitted to the transaction error and contact my bank to rectify. I filed a dispute with my bank on -/-/2015 dispute number -. The only thing the case worker at the bank did was get a copy of the incorrect ( swiped ) transaction and has refused to credit back the difference.
