PNC Bank Credit card department,
I paid a company named - $5000.00 on my PNC card for services i did not receive.i was repeatedly promised that they would provide me with a website which would be profitable.i trusted them only to be left empty handed.my payments and signatures were obtained under false pretenses.they were using deceptive marketing practices which are unlawful and warrant a full refund. I previously filed this complaint and with the CFPB and was just informed that they could n't find the company. There must have been a mistake because you were able to find PNC last time I filed a complaint with you. Please help.
