I contacted them in - - to find out how much more I could contribute to reach my maximum contribution limit for -. I mailed in a check and last week received an email from them saying I could add more. Thinking that I had already sent in the maximum, I called them to double check on what was going on. We were contacted by their fraud department due to some odd charges on our - debit card. We called, confirmed that the charges were n't ours ( - and some prison phone service - neither of which have we ever used ), and asked to have the card shut down as soon as we got some cash out. On their website they provide Electronic Funds Transfer to make deposits into the HSA account electronically from your bank or credit union. I made an EFT deposit into my HSA using the Bank of New York Mellon HSA website on - -, 2015. My personal bank account was debited on - -, 2015 for the amount. As of today, - -, 2015, my HSA Account at the Bank of New York Mellon does not reflect the EFT deposit despite the fact that they have had the funds for - days. ... |
BNY Mellon Bank account or service deposits and withdrawals April 13, 2015 - CDs were purchased from - Bank which was acquired by - bank. - was acquired by BNY Mellon. They were never cashed in and have been sitting in my husband 's office. They are in my name with my SS # on the front. BNY Mellon is refusing to honor these CDs. I have attached copies of them to this complaint. We have checked with unclaimed property of Pennsylvania and they have done an investigation and did not achieve resolution with the bank. This is my hard earned money and I purchased these CDs expecting to be paid back. I have the original CDs. ... |
