BNY Mellon Bank Account Or Service Complaint

BNY Mellon Bank account or service department,

(CD) Certificate of deposit Deposits and withdrawals Pennsylvania

CDs were purchased from - Bank which was acquired by - bank. - was acquired by BNY Mellon. They were never cashed in and have been sitting in my husband 's office. They are in my name with my SS # on the front. BNY Mellon is refusing to honor these CDs. I have attached copies of them to this complaint. We have checked with unclaimed property of Pennsylvania and they have done an investigation and did not achieve resolution with the bank. This is my hard earned money and I purchased these CDs expecting to be paid back. I have the original CDs.
