I called the CarMax to inquire about a vehicle financing. I spoke with an agent by the name of -. I am an attorney in the Illinois area and sought to purchase a vehicle from CarMax. I have very good credit noted to be in a range over -. As such this would qualify my for some of the more competitive interest rates. I approved the carmax associate to run my credit - time and that was to get me approved. I got approved then i drove the vehicle and it had multiple problem so with the carmax guaranteed approval of satisfaction i took the car back and got another one. During that process i didnt know they were running my credit all of them times. I chose a company called-, 72 month term and a 5.99 % interest rate. I have used this companybefore and never had an issue. I previously used a check from this companyto buy a vehicle at CarMax in -, Tx. So I decided I would do the samethis time around. Except when I found a vehicle that I liked at CarMax, they told me they would not accept the check.
