In - I made a payment to a representative over the telephone which was a few days past my due date so I called to make the payment personally. He told me no problem assured me the payment was applied and not to worry the payment arrangement is not affected pmnt went through. I requested they discontinue contact until they were able to identify themselves, but the phone calls have continued.
