Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not disclosed as an attempt to collect May 25, 2016 - I get phone calls and letter for a collection agency trying to collected money for bills who I did n't know was on collection. I get multiples phone calls treated me of jail. I never received a bill for the previous company with an amount to paid. I want this harassment to stop immediately before I request some compensations for this issue. I am on DO NOT CALL list and still get call from collections who used difference number to get me answer. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received January 21, 2016 - Kay Jewlers are reporting information in my name to the credit reporting agency - without ever sending me any type of communication that a debt was to be paid or owed to them i was a victim of fraud never even knew this account existed intill seeing it reported to my credit report when i reached out to the collection company they told me the company was out of business and that they didnt have any information for me or about any money that was owed. It has been reaged every time it was sold off to another collection agency and is still in the name of the original creditor who no longer holds the debt.The - now owns my debt and has been unable to validate the original date as it has been closed and in collections for over 6 years. They are refusing to remove the negative account on my credit reports and have been negatively effecting my credit score each time they reage my account. ... |
