On every phone they say they have sent me a statement letter or statement they ask me to verify my address which I do but tell them I have not received anything from them they said someone was probably checking my mail. So I told them on a phone call to send it via email have them the email and had them call me back that day so I could tell them I received or did n't. Which I did n't received anything via email. It is an automated call that is picked up by a barely and nearly impossible to understand representative. This initial person simply connects the call and verifies they have reached me. I am then put on hold when an - speaking person comes on and immediately says we need to verify your identity, '' what is your social security number, birthdate & current home address ''!
