i receive a minimum of - calls a day, everyday! They start at - and end at -. It is an automated call that is picked up by a barely and nearly impossible to understand representative. This initial person simply connects the call and verifies they have reached me. I am then put on hold when an - speaking person comes on and immediately says we need to verify your identity, '' what is your social security number, birthdate & current home address ''! There is no way I am going to give that info to anyone ... especially someone who called me.
