I have received at least 4 phone called from Pinnacle credit services. On every phone they say they have sent me a statement letter or statement they ask me to verify my address which I do but tell them I have not received anything from them they said someone was probably checking my mail. So I told them on a phone call to send it via email have them the email and had them call me back that day so I could tell them I received or did n't. Which I did n't received anything via email. They said they were going to mail it out again and email again. End of phone call. The next time they called I told them look I 'm really want to settle the account but I need a letter stating my acct will be cleared after they receive payment and they will no longer contact me for the remaining balance or sell my acct to another collector. They sent me to the manager who was very rude. And said they could n't send a letter stating that until payment was received. I told him look I 'm not about to pay something I have no record of your collecting agency, for all i know you could be stealing my information and money. He said they was the company and that i could look them up on google. i told him to send me a certified letter so they are price I received the statement. He said they were n't going to do that. I do n't see why they would n't send a certified letter of I 'm willing to settle the account unless they are a shady collector or false people wanting to scam.
