Kia agreed to a payment arrangement where I paid - more each month until i was current. A week after the arrangement, they did not accept the first payment under the payment arrangement and had the vehicle illegally repossessed from my gated community. The repo agent broke the back gate and illegally removed the vehicle. Kia then sold the vehicle at auction below the reserve and added the difference to the balance on my account. The loan became mature in -/-/-, however because of financial difficulties through out the year, I had to have payments deferred to the back of the loan. I was never told that returning my car would result in a $3200.00 bill when I only had $1200.00 left on my lease. Hyundai Capital America Consumer loan problems when you are unable to pay May 18, 2015 - I have/had a loan with Hyundai finance and gave them my information for them to take money out of my account and they would send me an email payment received. They never took the money out of the account never contacted me about a problem and just showed up and took the car and would not let me have it back.
