Later, I found out, that this company had numerous complaints against them, and asked my bank, - to start the process to get my money back. I tried to call or e-mail -, but can not get through to them. I want my deposit back, I do NOT want to do business with -. It 's a hardship on me at this time, as I have no money for - presents. Synovus Bank Credit card customer service / customer relations July 14, 2016 - I have a secure credit card with First Progress Bank and I used to pay some service online, next thing I know is a letter that came on the mail saying that there was some suspicious transaction that they needed to verify and they were going to put an stop on the card until I call to verify. What is my surprised when I call for that issue, the hold period on the phone is 10 min. when they answer they put you on hold for 2-3 min. at the time any time they need to verify what you are telling them and .... if that is not enough after you answer all their interrogatory, they put you on hold one mor... |
Synovus Bank Credit card customer service / customer relations February 17, 2016 - I have a credit card with First Progress Card for more than 2 years, a few weeks ago they called to inform that for security reasons my card was cancelled and no more information was granted, after waiting for 2 weeks ( because they do n't have a rush process like most of the credit Cards ) I received my new card. I never went over the credit limit set with my deposit of $500.00 but they immediately started charging fees and interest on my money. I called to ask about this and was told that is their policy.
