I have a credit card with First Progress Card for more than 2 years, a few weeks ago they called to inform that for security reasons my card was cancelled and no more information was granted, after waiting for 2 weeks ( because they do n't have a rush process like most of the credit Cards ) I received my new card. For my surprise they cancel my online account where I had all my previous statements, I called customer services where I was advised that all my data were erased, I spoke to the supervise who confirmed all my data was erased. I wrote a letter to First Progress Card asking for my previous statements, because I understand that since they decided to stop sending paper statements they should provide me online access to my statements. I have no answer for my letter yet. I need my statements in order to find some medical expenses to file my tax return.
