However, I did not ever get a chance to utilize the trade line. The card went missing so I went to Kay Jewelers in - - ( -, South Carolina ) to report the card stolen. The associate I spoke too said that everything had been taken care of and asked where the new card should be sent. I told her I did not want a new card and to have the account close. The associate in the store made - of the diamonds fall off by putting it on a machine. That resulted in it having to be sent in for repair. Since it had to be sent in, I asked for it to be souled together as well, so that I would n't have to get it done another time. It was supposedly sent out that day, which I do n't think that it was. On -/-/- it was put in to repair by way of the - - Jared Jewlers in - maryland. I was told that I would get my ring back after the repair by -/-/- as of today 's date I still do not have my ring and customer care for - - is unable to tell me where my ring is. After reading articles from - from -/-/- of other brides who 's rings after being sent to repair were loss, stolen or original diamonds were swapped I am very concerned that my diamond may be the next casualty in this horrific saga. Credit card customer service / customer relations July 8, 2016 - Jared the Galleria of Jewelry keeps calling and emailing me at my job after repeatedly being told to stop doing so as this can result in me losing my job. They are also calling my sister at her job and keep calling various family members of mine. My account was up to date and being paid and they closed it for no reason and are now harassing me even though I am on time with payments.... |
