My engagement ring was purchased by my Husband -/-/-. On -/-/- it was put in to repair by way of the - - Jared Jewlers in - maryland. I was told that I would get my ring back after the repair by -/-/- as of today 's date I still do not have my ring and customer care for - - is unable to tell me where my ring is. After reading articles from - from -/-/- of other brides who 's rings after being sent to repair were loss, stolen or original diamonds were swapped I am very concerned that my diamond may be the next casualty in this horrific saga. I need help to find out where my engagement ring is. My ring is very dear to me, it 's sentimental to me my husband gave it to me and nothing the store can do can replace the original ring that my husband purchased for me. I am very devastated by not having my original engagement ring I await your response
