When first payment was due I was unable to make the payment. I contacted the institution and told them I had - and was short on cash due to being out of work and unable to make the payment. They are continually calling my place of employment using different numbers each time. For example - and -. I was 1 month and 1 day late on my payment, but intended to get caught up on payday -/-/2015. On -/-/2015 in the middle of the night they repossessed my car without my knowledge.
