Law Offices of Gary H. Kreppel P.C. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received August 19, 2015 - In - I defaulted on my student loan. I went to court with the company that was seeking repayment and told them that I was willing to work out a deal to repay my loan. The company decided not to pursue the debt at they missed court dates. The case was dismissed in court. During about the same time but before the original case was dismissed another company came and filled suit at the same court house for the same debt.
