I had a debt with - - that was being handled for collections by an Attorney Gary Kreppel ( see attached ) .We arrived at a settlement and I advised I could pay by -/-/- and it was agreed upon.The monies were sent but the check was never cashed.I am attaching evidence of payment and receipt of payment.The settlent letter evidences a date of -/-/- but his office was informed that the earliest it would be there would be - and I was informed that it would be no problem..He has been deceptive and I operated in good faith.I did n't receive the court notification until after the court date.i have moved - in the last year.
