The CFPB will forward your complaint to Gateway Funding and work to get a response. After your complaint is forwarded, Gateway Funding has 15 days to respond to you and the CFPB. Gateway Funding is expected to close all but the most complicated complaints within 60 days.

June 6, 2015 - I am filing this complaint because, through absolutely no fault of my own, I lost out on a chance to refinance my mortgage on the terms I agreed to when I applied for the loan two months ago.
