Refinanced mortgage with eRates Mortgage ( no prior refinance experience ). The refinance was supposed to be a no-cost loan. Was led to believe by the broker that the lender credit does not have to be on the HUD and will be taken care of separately. As a result a lender credit of - $2000.00 was not applied to the transaction.
