Will I hear back from the FTC regarding my complaint?
Due to the volume of complaints, the FTC cannot respond directly to every complaint. The FTC and other law enforcement agencies analyze complaints to spot trends and to identify and take action against the people responsible for these illegal calls.
What's a Robocall?
If you answer the phone and hear a recorded message instead of a live person, it's a robocall. You've probably gotten robocalls about candidates running for office, or charities asking for donations. These robocalls are allowed. But if the recording is a sales message and you haven't given your written permission to get calls from the company on the other end, the call is illegal. In addition to the phone calls being illegal, their pitch most likely is a scam.

Helm Associates Consumer Loan problems when you are unable to pay May 11, 2016 - I purchased the vehicle through B & B Automotive. Within the first 24 hours i had nothing but issues. So bad the car was taken back and put in the shop for 24 hours. From that point on i have nothing but problems with my car. It was in and out of the shop 8 times within 30 days. Within my rights as a consumer they had told me that i could return the car for another car because that car was considered a " Lemon '' but i could n't put it through the Lemon Law Act because it was a 2005. Helm Associates Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt October 22, 2015 - on -/-/2015, I filed an dispute with Helm Associates. I advised them that I am not refusing to pay the alleged debt, but their claim is disputed. I advised Helm Associates to send me copy of contract with my authentic signature that begun this alleged debt and should the contract not be available with my authentic signature to delete the trade line off the CRA. Helm Associates Consumer loan taking out the loan or lease May 7, 2015 - In -/-/- purchased a -/-/- Chevy Impala. Since then I believe the car sold to me is a lemon. In the past year I have experienced many different problems, along with constant recalls from the transmission and the ignition which is linked to accidents. None of these problems have been fixed.
