I began new service with - -, and have nothing but consistent billing errors ( always overbilling ). It has been very difficult working with their customer service department to resolve the issues, but a couple of months ago, I thought everything had finally been resolved, and I suddenly received a collection notice on a bill I was unaware existed. - - refuses to recall the notice, and told me to pay the bill and I would have to deal with the credit reporting bureau on my own.
